SUITE IN BARCELONA

Our suite is all renovated and fully equipped and we own it, so we can guarantee the high quality we offer.
We will able to make your visit comfortable and easy, personally welcome you in the suite and take care about all details while your stay.

• THE RATES

  
  

  Rental price for the suite is 120 € per night for up to 2 persons + an additional 25 € for each extra person.
  We allow a maximum of 4 persons.
  During holidays and fairs special rates apply. For 1 week stay 110 € per night, for 2 weeks stay 100 € per night, for  a month or over 90 € per night.
  Cleaning fee is 30 € (1-2 persons) or 45 € (3-4 persons).
  All booking must be minimum 3 nights.

• THE SPECIFICATIONS

  
  

  CHECK IN / CHECK OUT TIME:

  Check in will be done after 14:00 h. This gives us enough time to get the apartment in perfect condition for you, The check-out should be done before 12:00 h on last day.

  
  

  PAYMENT:

  Before we make the reservation we ask for a pre-payment of the total amount of 50% to secure the apartment.
  The payment must be done by bank transfer.
  Once the transfer its done you will receive a confirmation with all the reservation details.

  
  

  SECURITY DEPOSIT:

  The remaining 50% of the total rental fee, together with a breakage deposit of 150 € needs to be paid upon arrival before the keys of the apartment are handed over.
  The breakage deposit will be returned on departure providing no damage has been done to the apartment (furniture, electronic goods, walls, etc.).
  If this amount does not cover the damage caused, the client must pay the difference.

  
  

  CANCELLATION POLICY:

  In case of cancellation we will charge you part of the pre-payment as follows:
  - More than 30 days before your arrival: 25% of the pre-payment
  - 30-15 days before : 50% of the pre-payment
  - Less than 15 days before: 100% of the pre-payment.

  
  

  RULES:

  It is not allowed to give parties in the apartment or in adjacent communal areas.
  No music can be played after 11 at night.
  In case of excessive noise nuisance, BCN SUITE CONDAL maintains the right to evict the tenant(s) without refunding the rental fee. Pets are not allowed.
